RP MISSES BOAT ON WATER CAR INVENTION DUE
TO GOVERNMENT'S INDIFFERENCE -- PIMENTEL

Last May 12, 2008, Daniel Dingel brought his working water car prototype to the Energy Research & Testing Laboratory Services of the Philippine Government's Department of Energy (DOE). He allowed laboratory staff to extract gas from his car's hydrogen reactor for analysis. After practically one month, the results were released:

The following is a document intended for the signature of former Philippine President Joseph Ejercito Estrada (term of office: 1998-2001). This was facilitated by Raul P. de Guzman, PhD, a then Presidential Adviser for Development Administration. The Malacanang (Presidential Palace) record number for the document is PJEE Record # R028611, and President Estrada's office received it on July 25, 2000.
