Who is Daniel Dingel?

Daniel Dingel is known for his claim to have invented/discovered technology that allows an internal combustion engine (ICE) to burn hydrogen that is generated from ordinarily available water, on-demand. He is a Filipino citizen and is presently residing in Manila, Philippines.
